General conditions

We prefer a minimum stay of 2 days.

The weekly stay (7 nights) usually begins on Saturday, unless otherwise agreed.

Check IN time is from 15:00 CET till 22:00 CET unless otherwise requested.

Check OUT is around 10:00 CET unless otherwise requested.

Advance payment at the confirmation by mail: 30% of the total amount.

Cancellation: up to 3 weeks before arrival, the advance payment will be reimbursed.

Deposit / per apartment: 100,00€ upon the arrival.

Small pets are allowed on request, for a small fee.

The prices mentioned above include:

• the products for an Italian breakfast
• the usage of the washing machine (once a week), the usage of ironing and the use of the washdryer in the winter months. These equipments are located in the laundry room available for our guests.
• the weekly change of bed, kitchen and bathroom linen
• the final cleaning of the apartment
• the usage of water, electricity and gas
• the usage of the cleaning materials available in the apartment
• welcome basket
• the usage of the barbecue

Not included:

• Tourist tax
• Daily or mid-week laundry change (9,00€ per person)
• Daily or mid-week cleaning of the apartment (30,00€ per apartment)
• Heating, 20,00€ per day for the apartment Salvia/Basilico/Lavanda
• Heating, 25,00€ per day for the apartment Cannella and Zafferano

High season: Easter and spring holidays (6/4-2/5/2023), June, July, August, September, from December 23rd 2023 to January 8th 2024, holiday week-ends.

Low season: January, February, March, April, May, October, November (excluded the holidays and the holiday week-ends)

DISCOVER THE TRADITIONS OF SAN GIOVANNI: In the period June 16th-26th , we will let you discover some local traditions like the perfumed water of San Giovanni or the preparation of the homemade walnut liqueur. Our special package of 150,00 Euro includes: 2 nights for 2 persons in an apartment with self-catering breakfast, walk to collect the herbs and flowers for the perfumed water of San Giovanni, the participation at the workshop for the preparation of the homemade walnut liqueur, a bottle of walnut liqueur from 2022.

OIL MILLS HOLDING OPEN DAY: during the period of the event "Frantoi Aperti" which is usually held in November and December, those who book a minimum stay of 2 nights receive: 10% discount, a visit to an olive grove and/or local mill with tasting of local products, a small bottle of extra virgin olive oil DOP Umbria. The arrival day is flexible.
