The farm "Sergio Vitali" involves the entire family: Sergio, his wife Adriana, and their daughter Luisa, the sister of Sergio Giuliana, are very proud to tell how much passion, dedication and hard work is required to grow olives and getting the extra virgin olive oil "GINESTRELLO". On the same day, olives are picked, and brought to the mill (frantoio) to be pressed, to keep all the characteristics of the so-called green gold! Together, we organize guided tour and tasting, and, in the harvest period, we organize the initiative "Farmer for a day".
